By utilizing the Car Make API block in your quiz, LanderLab automatically implements the following complex functionalities:
1. Automated Question Flow
LanderLab provides the default, interconnected questions necessary to capture a vehicle:
- Car Make
- Car Model
- Car Year
2. Comprehensive Data Database
The system automatically populates the answer options for these questions with a vast, up-to-date database of vehicle makes, models, and years. This ensures high accuracy and coverage without any manual input from the user.
Customization and Flexibility
While the core functionality is automated, you can still tailor the experience:
Add a Custom Question
LanderLab provides the ability to insert one additional question of your choice into the vehicle information flow. This allows you to collect specific, relevant details, such as:
- Vehicle Condition
- Mileage
- Desired Trade-in Value, etc
Summary and Multi-Vehicle Capture
After the user has completed the required vehicle fields (Make, Model, Year, and your custom question), the flow proceeds to a Summary Screen. This screen offers the user three distinct actions:
- Continue: Allows the user to move on to the next step of your overall quiz or landing page journey.
- Add Another Car: Repeats the entire Car Make API flow, allowing the user to easily input details for a second (or third, etc.) vehicle before final submission.
