Image Compression

In performance marketing, page load speed is directly tied to your conversion rate. Large, unoptimized images are the most common reason for slow landing pages. The Compress Images tool allows you to shrink file sizes across your entire page without needing external software.

How to Compress Your Images

  1. Open the Actions Menu: Click the Actions button at the bottom right of the Visual Editor.
  2. Select Compress Images: Look under the Optimization section of the menu to open the compression modal.
  3. Choose Your Compression Level:
    • Standard: Best for maximum speed. It significantly reduces file size while maintaining good visual quality.
    • High Quality: Best for image-heavy pages where visual crispness is a priority. It moderately reduces file size with minimal impact on clarity.
  4. Execute: Click the Compress button to process all images on the page.

Important Requirement: Save First
Before you can run the compression tool, you must save your changes in the editor. This ensures that the tool is processing the most current version of your landing page assets.

Why This Matters for Your Workflow

  • Automatic Scaling: No need to manually resize and re-upload images one by one after importing a page.
  • Better Ad Rank: Faster pages often lead to lower CPCs (Cost Per Click) and better quality scores on ad platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Improved Mobile UX: Optimized images ensure that users on slower mobile connections can view your page instantly, reducing bounce rates.
