When users are navigating complex Multi-Step Forms, they may occasionally step away before completing the entire process. To prevent data loss and ensure your integration receives partial leads or progress updates, you can enable Inactivity Auto-Sync.
This feature automatically pushes the data from the current and previous steps to your integration after a specific period of user idle time.
Setup Guide
Follow these 6 simple steps to activate the auto-submit feature:
- Select Your Form: From your landing page, locate the specific form you want to configure and click to Open it.
- Access Settings: Navigate to the Settings tab located within the multi-step form builder interface.
- Look for the Advanced section in the settings options.
- Activate the Trigger: Locate the toggle for Inactivity Submission and switch it to Active.
- Set the Timer: In the input field that appears, enter the Inactivity Time (in seconds). This defines how long the system waits after the user’s last move before submitting the data.
- Save: Don’t forget to hit Save Changes to push the update live.

Why use this?
- Capture Partial Leads: Get data from users who get distracted mid-form.
- Improved Analytics: Better understand at which step users typically pause or drop off.
- Seamless Integration: Data flows to your CRM or database even without a final “Submit” click.
