Instead of writing a static headline like “Find Insurance in your area,” you can use tokens to display the visitor’s specific city or country. Landerlab detects the visitor’s IP address and injects the correct data in real-time.
Available Tokens
You can use the following tokens anywhere in your text elements:
[[country]]: Replaced with the full name of the visitor’s country.- Example: “Find the best deals in United States.”
[[city]]: Replaced with the name of the visitor’s specific city.- Example: “Available today in New York.”
[[countryCode]]: Replaced with the 2-letter ISO country code.- Example: “Shipping across the US.”
How to Implement Localization
- Identify your Target Text: Select any text element on your canvas where you want to add personal details.
- Insert the Token: Type the desired token (including the double brackets) directly into the text editor.
Example: “Find Affordable Auto Insurance in[[country]].” - Style as Normal: You can bold, color, or resize tokens just like regular text. The dynamic data that replaces the token will inherit all of these styles.
- Preview: While the editor will show the bracketed token, the live version of your page will automatically populate with the visitor’s data.

Why this is a “Must-Use”
- Instant Relevancy: A visitor is significantly more likely to engage with a page that mentions their home city.
- One Page, Many GEOs: You can run the same landing page across multiple countries simultaneously; the tokens ensure the content remains localized for everyone.
- Efficiency: Combined with the Global Text Replace tool, you can quickly set up localized templates that work for any campaign.
