Phone Number Validation is a built-in feature of the standard Phone Number Input Field, ensuring that the collected numbers are valid and correctly formatted for high-quality lead generation.
1. Open the Quiz Builder and Select the Field
- Navigate to the quiz step where you want to collect the phone number.
- Select the Phone Number Input Field (or add a new one).
- The element settings panel will open on the left side of the editor.
2. Locate the Validation Setting
- In the input field’s settings panel look for the setting related to Phone Validation
3. Use the Enable/Disable Button
- To control the feature, locate the Enable and Disable buttons associated with the Phone Validation setting.
- To enable validation: Click the Enable button. When enabled, the system will perform validation checks on the user’s input.
- To disable validation: Click the Disable button.
4. Save and Test
- Save and Republish your landing page.
- Test the flow by entering various phone numbers (valid and poorly formatted) to ensure the validation is working as intended before the user can proceed to the next step.
