Working with Folders

Folders provide an intuitive way to keep your projects structured, making it simpler to manage and locate your landing pages. In this article, we’ll explore the benefits of using folders and walk you through the process of creating and managing them.

A common use case for having folders is grouping landing pages of the same project under one folder, or grouping landing pages of the same vertical or niche.

Another common use case is having all the landing pages of a specific funnel grouped under the same folder. This allows you to quickly find landing pages and keep everything organized.

How to Create a Folder

Follow the below steps to create a new folder

  1. In the left-side menu of the platform click on Landing Pages.
  2. Click on the new folder icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Give your folder a name, then click Create Folder.

How to Add Landing Pages in a Folder

Follow the below steps to learn how to Add a Landing Page to a specific folder.

  1. In the left-side menu of the platform click on Landing Pages.
  2. Locate the folder you would like to add landing pages to and click on it.
  3. When inside the folder click on Add Landing Page located in the top-right corner of your screen.
  4. Select your preferred way of adding a landing page. Learn more about the available options here.
  5. Once the landing page has been created it will automatically get saved on the folder you created it on and will open in the visual editor.

How to Move a Landing Page to a Folder

Follow the below steps to learn how to move a landing page to a specific folder.

  1. In the left-side menu of the platform click on Landing Pages.
  2. Locate the landing page you would like to move and click on the three dots ••• on the right side of the landing page.
  3. From the list of available options click on Move to Folder
  4. Select the folder where you want your landing page to be moved in and click Move Landing Page.

How to Remove a Landing Page from a Folder

Follow the below steps to learn how to remove a landing page from a specific folder.

  1. In the left-side menu of the platform click on Landing Pages.
  2. Locate the folder your landing page is located in and open it.
  3. Locate the landing page you want to remove from the folder and click on the three dots ••• on the right side of the landing page.
  4. From the list of available options click on Remove from Folder and click on it.

Once a landing page is removed from a specific folder, it will be relocated in the main list of landing pages.

How to Rename a Folder

The below simple steps will guide you through the process of renaming a folder to match your campaign or project.

  1. In the left-side menu of the platform click on Landing Pages.
  2. Locate the folder you want to rename and hover on its name.
  3. Click on the pen icon that appears on the right side of the name.
  4. Enter the updated name in the Rename Folder dialog, then click Rename Folder.

How to Delete a Folder

Follow the below steps to learn how to delete a specific folder.

Before you begin: Deleting a folder will move all the landing pages present in the folder out of it.

  1. In the left-side menu of the platform click on Landing Pages.
  2. Locate the folder you would like to delete, then click on the three dots ••• on the right side of the folder.
  3. Click on the Delete button, then click again on Delete to confirm the deletion of the folder.
